**Actions at the time of order**

 

1. After placing an order, we may request identity verification, such as a driver's license, via phone or email to confirm the identity of the customer.

2. If we cannot contact the registered phone number or email address, or if identity verification cannot be completed, we will cancel the order. Additionally, regardless of the identity verification status, we may ask for payment through methods other than credit card and ship the items after confirming the payment. If you do not comply, we may cancel the order.

3. We may refuse orders based on our judgment due to past transaction history or other circumstances.

 

**Response to malicious acts**

 

If we determine that an order is a malicious, or if such actions cause damage to our company or third parties, we will take appropriate action, such as filing a damage report with the police or claiming compensation from the perpetrator.
